Excluded on your tour:
- Air tickets to and from OR Tambo or Cape Town International airports.
- Snacks, cold drinks and alcohol.
- Binoculars and cameras
- Optional extra activities not included in your itinerary.
- Tipping (Recommended +- $5 per guest per day).
Tours and Safaris Important things to know:
- Double check quoted price, specific tour and the length of your tour.
- Confirm departure date and arrival and make sure it corresponds with your flight dates and times.
- Know what is included and excluded on the specific tour.
- The itinerary provided can change as we go, due to availability on certain campsites and political status.
- Depending on your nationality, you may require a Visa for some of these countries, please check in advance so you can still arrange a visa before you arrive, it saves allot of time if you come prepared.
- Yellow fever vaccinations are required on our tours only when we travel Zambia.
- Three meals per day are provided, except when noted otherwise.
- Snacks, cold drinks and alcohol are not included.
- Make sure you have the right currencies available for optional extra activities that are not included as well for spending money on souvenirs, snacks, drinks etc.Africa still uses cash a lot, but some places have card facilities. Firefly African Safari’s will assist you with this matter and you will be able to exchange money legally when needed.
- Check your prescription medicines and make sure you are in good health according to your doctor. Malaria tablets must be taken before we enter malaria areas.
- All drivers will be required to have a valid driver’s license and must be over the age of 25.
- Rates are quoted on per person sharing with at least 2 persons per vehicle. With the exception of a single person driving, it will be additional costs.
- Special medical or dietary requirements can be accommodated if we are informed beforehand. A surcharge may be necessary to meet these needs.
Payments:
Your money is paid into a Firefly African Safari secure bank account in South Africa.
60% Deposit to secure booking.
Final 40% 60 days prior to commencement of tour.
Cancellations with less than 60 days’ notice would result in a loss of all money paid.
